Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery under the following conditions:

Item must be in unused, original condition.
You must provide proof of purchase (order number).
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged or incorrect item).

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the item is received and inspected.

Due to the nature of digital products, all audiobook sales are final and non-refundable once the download has been completed.
